PVC-U pressure pipes with working pressure from 9 to 15 Atm used in the construction of swimming pools, water parks, fountains, applied for the water conditioning and water treatment systems. High strength and reliability of adhesive joints allow using these pipes in the complex design construction. Our plant has the technical ability to produce the pipes for adhesive joint with diameters from ½ inch to 4 inches and the working pressure of PN 9 (9 kgf / cm or 0.9 MPa), PN 12 (12 kgf / cm or 1.2 MPa), PN 15 (15 kgf / cm or 1.5 MPa). The pipe color is gray, shades not regulated. PVC-U pressure pipes of non-metric sizes have all the necessary certificates: pipes and fittings (CONFORMITY CERTIFICATE № UA1.100.0050305-15 of July 22, 2015) and approved for drinking water supply by the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine № 505.07/156/5830 dated 18.05.2001. Each batch of pipes and fittings is accompanied by a quality certificate. PVC-U pipes for non-metric systems produced in straight lengths. The basic principle of connection for such type of pipes is adhesive joint. To connect such pipes in straight lengths, there used the couplings. The pipes with a special socket connected by adhesive joint and by growing technique. While installing the pipeline there applied the fittings (couplings, drainage, etc. of PVC-U material) designed for the corresponding nominal pressure.
